I provide online work-related education and support across Aotearoa. I specialise in health and safety training, one-on-one worker guidance, and employee advocacy.

My practice is grounded in employment relations advocacy and adult education, supported by postgrad qualifications in both management and health & safety.I'm part of the WorksafeReps health & safety training team and a member of NZ's institutes of safety management (NZISM) and employment law (ELINZ).Whether through structured training or more flexible one-on-one guidance, working with me means building confidence, connection and a fresh perspective.

I'm tangata tiriti (originally from Fryslân) and live near Ōtaki (Ngāti Raukawa ki te Tonga). I live a quiet country life. When I'm not tending our vege patch, wildflowers and forest paths, I explore big worlds through computer games and fiction.Outside of worksense, I contract as a literacy tutor and group facilitator, and contribute risk management skills to non-profit boards.
